Welcome to AnyInsight!

These AnyInsight Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and HEARTBOT AI Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “HEARTBOT,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of the AnyInsight service (“AnyInsight”). In these Terms, "you" refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you subscribe to AnyInsight on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the entity is responsible for compliance with these Terms.

If you access AnyInsight as a beta user or through a free trial or free access, these Terms still apply, but certain features or functionalities may be limited, and we provide no warranties or guarantees for such access.

IMPORTANT ARBITRATION NOTICE: IF YOU ARE IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND HEARTBOT WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS CONSUMER RULES. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. EITHER PARTY MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE RELIEF FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION. THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (FAA). YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION BY NOTIFYING US IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR FIRST USE OF ANYINSIGHT.

1. A Service Platform for Managed Generative AI Applications (AnyInsight).

AnyInsight is a subscription platform that enables you to explore and interact with various AI models powered by third-party Large Language Models (“LLMs”) and developers, including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. You may interact directly with these LLMs or create your own assistants (or use third-party ones) powered by these LLMs.

These services allow you to perform tasks such as summarizing reports, writing articles, translating technical documents, providing programming assistance, and processing multiple files. Each LLM and assistant has its own profile, including a description and the name of its creator (e.g., company, developer, or individual). Usage guidelines are available in your settings.

While AnyInsight provides access to these LLMs and assistants, it is not responsible for the content or services they offer.

2. Age Requirements.

Use of AnyInsight by anyone under 16 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you are either at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that your parent or legal guardian consents to these Terms on your behalf and takes responsibility for your use.

Some content generated by LLMs or assistants on AnyInsight may not be suitable for minors. If you accept these Terms on behalf of another person or an entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Your Use of Anyinsight

3.1 Use of Anyinsight

Use of Anyinsight is subject to payment of the applicable subscription fees, unless you have been granted free or beta access. Your subscription or access level determines the available features, including the types of LLMs and assistants.

If you use Anyinsight on behalf of a company, that company is responsible for ensuring compliance by all users under its subscription. Beta or free access may offer limited functionality, and HEARTBOT reserves the right to change or discontinue such access at any time without notice.

Failure to make timely payments for paid subscriptions may result in suspension or termination of access for all associated users. Unauthorized sharing of subscription credentials is prohibited.

3.2 User Acknowledgments

• LLMs and assistants on Anyinsight should not be relied upon during emergencies. They generate responses but do not perform real-world actions.

• Information provided by these LLMs or assistants may be inaccurate or outdated. You should independently verify any responses.

• Beta or free access services are offered "AS IS" with no warranties, and features may change without notice.

• Use of LLMs or assistants may result in unexpected outcomes, loss of data, or other damage.

• Access to Anyinsight and its services is provided on an "AS IS" basis, with no guarantees of availability or functionality.

3.3 Restricted Uses

• Violate any laws or rights of others using Anyinsight.

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the LLMs, assistants, or Anyinsight.

• Harm or interfere with the platform or its technologies through hacking, malware, or malicious actions.

• Use Anyinsight in an automated manner that exceeds rate limits.

• Create competing products or services using the platform.

• Share subscription credentials with unauthorized users.

• Scrape or extract data beyond what is permitted under these Terms.

• Represent AI-generated content as human-generated.

4. Your Content

4.1 Your Content

Any content you upload, publish, or share on Anyinsight, along with AI-generated outputs from your prompts, is considered "Your Content." Similar responses received by other users are not considered Your Content.

4.2 Your Assistants

When using LLMs or creating assistants powered by LLMs on Anyinsight, you are responsible for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove assistants that violate these Terms or the policies of third-party LLM providers.

4.3 Ownership

You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a license to use it solely to improve Anyinsight.

4.4 Your Responsibility

If you subscribe on behalf of a company, the company is responsible for all actions taken by its users. We may block or delete content that violates these Terms or creates risks.

4.5 Our Use of Your Content

We may use Your Content to:

• Generate responses from third-party LLMs or assistants powered by them.

• Display content within your company's Anyinsight account if you subscribe on behalf of a company.

• Display or summarize content to company administrators.

• Improve the platform.

We may also disclose content to comply with laws or address security issues.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

Access to Anyinsight requires a subscription unless you are granted free or beta access. Subscription tiers with varying features are available on the platform.

5.2 Payment Responsibility

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, the company is responsible for all payments. Payments are due in advance, and failure to pay may result in termination of access.

5.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically or manually unless canceled by you or the company you represent. Cancellations apply to the entire account, including all users under the subscription.

5.4 Taxes

You or the company you represent are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the subscription, except for taxes based on our income.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in your settings. HEARTBOT may terminate access for non-payment or other reasons. Free or beta access can be revoked at any time without notice. Data collected before termination may be retained for two years or as required by law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Account information is anonymized before being shared with third-party LLM providers. However, interaction data may be shared to enhance services. Do not share sensitive information through Anyinsight.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for damages related to Anyinsight is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

We cannot guarantee availability or functionality, especially for free or beta services. Features may change or be removed without notice.

9. Indemnification

If you subscribe on behalf of a company, that company agrees to indemnify HEARTBOT from any claims or losses arising from:

• Unauthorized use by employees or agents.

• Violation of these Terms by any user.

• Disputes related to the company's use of Anyinsight.

10. General

Any claims will be resolved in Taipei, Taiwan, unless both parties agree on another venue, such as Singapore. The laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will govern these Terms.
